Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Root32! We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines our procedures for handling refund requests.

Product Eligibility & Conditions

Consumable Products: Our consumable products like toothpastes and mouthwashes once delivered cannot be repackaged or resold. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on these products.

Electronic Products: We will issue a full refund for any full priced (non-discounted) electronic product which is non-personalized and which is unopened, unused and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please write to us at support@root32.co.in and return the products to our address.

COD Orders: For COD orders, you will receive a gift card sent to your registered email. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for cash on delivery orders.

Damaged or Tampered Shipments: Please do not accept any tampered or damaged orders. ROOT32 is not responsible for damage after delivery. We will offer a warranty on our electric products for damages that occur during delivery, or for any internal defects or product failures.

How to Request a Refund

Please mail us at support@root32.co.in. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.

Your email must include the following information:

  • Name and contact information
  • Photo or video of the received product
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of your purchase or transaction
  • The name of the vendor involved (if applicable)
  • Tax invoice of the product

Approval and Return Address

Our team at Root32 will identify your problem and will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request. Post the approval of your exchange/refund request, you will be required to send us the product at the given address:

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond to you within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
